About us
A staffing firm that starts with the work
Copper Canyon Staffing connects employers with people who have the skills their roles require. We focus on five fields so our recruiters can evaluate those skills properly.

How we work
Our approach
Start with the job
Every search begins with a written role profile. If we cannot describe what good looks like in the role, we are not ready to recruit for it.
Screen for skills
Structured interviews and short work samples tell us more than keywords on a resume, and give candidates a fair chance to show what they can do.
Send fewer, better candidates
A short list you can act on is more useful than a long one you have to sort. Each candidate comes with notes on fit and gaps.
Be straightforward with both sides
We tell employers when a range or requirement is out of step with the market, and tell candidates where a role really stands.
Clear expectations
What we will not do
Good staffing depends on trust. These are commitments we hold to.
- Promise a hire, a start date or a salary we cannot control.
- Send a candidate's resume to an employer without their permission.
- Submit someone for a licensed role without the license it requires.
- Charge job seekers a fee to apply or be placed.
- Use a client's name or logo publicly without written approval.
Our training partner
Copper Canyon Institute
CCI offers 12-week, career-focused certificate programs in the same five fields we recruit for. Its graduates are one of our candidate sources, and employer feedback from our searches helps inform what CCI teaches.
Equal opportunity
Copper Canyon Staffing considers qualified candidates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
