Specialty
Insurance
Insurance hiring has two filters: the right license for the line and state, and the ability to hold an honest needs conversation with a client. We check both before you see a candidate.

Screening
What we test for
- License status by line of authority and state
- Needs-based sales conversations
- Agency management systems and CRM
- Renewals, retention and cross-selling
- Compliance and documentation habits
Example work sample
A mock needs conversation with a sample household or small business, followed by a written summary of the coverage options discussed.
Samples use sample data and take about an hour. We can align them with your own assessment.
Anyone who sells, solicits or negotiates insurance must hold the producer license their state requires. We confirm license status before submitting candidates for licensed roles, and put unlicensed candidates forward only for roles that do not require one.
