No guarantee of employment or hiring outcomes

Submitting a resume does not guarantee an interview, a job offer or any particular pay. Submitting a talent request does not guarantee that candidates will be available or that a hire will be made. Employers make their own hiring decisions and set their own requirements.

No fees for job seekers

We do not charge job seekers a fee to apply or to be placed. We will never ask a job seeker for payment, bank details or a Social Security number before a written job offer exists.

Employer services

Fees, guarantees and other terms for our recruiting services are set out in a separate written agreement with each employer before a search begins. A talent request submitted through this site does not create that agreement.

Information you submit

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit another person's information without their permission, and do not upload files that contain malware or that you are not allowed to share. Pay benchmarks and other content

Pay figures on this site come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and are national medians across all experience levels. They are provided for general information only and are not offers, salary recommendations or predictions of earnings.
